How It works
After you have contacted us we will arrange a suitable time and date to meet for your FREE consultation.
During your consultation your trainer will perform some basic fitness tests including blood pressure, weight, BMI and body measurements.
After your consultation your trainer will book a date for your 1st session and design a personal fitness programme to suit your needs.
Regular assessments to follow your progress.
